JFL Diamonds & Timepieces guarantees that all of our items are 100% authentic and real, unless otherwise noted in the product description. For instance, aftermarket diamonds added to a watch, whether on the bezel or dial will be clearly stated in the description. We take pride and stand behind our products and their authenticity. We will offer a full refund on any product to be different than stated in the product description.
Are Your Images of the Actual Item or Rendered?
All images shown on our product pages are of the actual item and are taken in house. We provide as many different angles and perspective of the item to give our customers a better idea of the product.
Does My Item Come with an Original Box & Paperwork?
All items that include an original box and paperwork will be stated in the product description. Products that do not include an original branded box, are sent in a JFL Diamonds & Timepieces presentation box.
What Does it Mean When a Watch is Listed with Aftermarket or Custom Parts?
Diamonds are our life and blood at JFL Diamonds & Timepieces. We customize a lot of our watches by adding diamonds. This may include diamonds on bezels, cases, dials, bracelets, and clasps.
Aftermarket diamonds does not mean that the diamonds are inauthentic, or lab made. All diamonds for our watches are hand-picked to ensure they match in color and clarity to give a more uniform look.
Any aftermarket diamonds or gemstones that have been added to a watch are noted in the product listing.
Any watches that are customized by JFL Diamonds & Timepieces voids any remaining Manufacturer Warranty on the timepiece. This includes the addition of diamonds on the watch casing, bezel, dial, and band. In order to protect your purchase, we offer an in-house 1 year warranty on the movement of the watch.
What is the Condition of Your Watches?
JFL Diamonds & Timepieces takes pride in the quality of each and every product we offer. All watches are shipped in ready-to-wear condition. That being said, there may be subtle differences in the aesthetic quality of the watches. Please note this only refers to the look of the watch and not the movement.
The movement of a watch is the heart of the watch. We ensure that each watch has been tested and serviced prior to shipment and will run according to JFL Diamonds & Timepieces standards and the standards of the watch manufacturer.
I Just Bought a Watch. How Do I Maintain it?
Each luxury watch should be taken care of to maintain its functionality and condition overtime. We recommend you check out our Luxury Watch Owner’s Guide Check out our Watch Care and Maintenance Guide, which will provide you with in depth instructions on the winding your automatic watch and tips for caring for your watch.
How Do I Know My Ring / Bracelet Size?
We are currently working on a guide for tips on how to measure your size for different items. You have the option to walk into a local jeweler to have your wrist or finger sized and obtain the size you would require.
What Sizes are Available for a Ring I Want to Purchase?
All of our rings come in a Standard size of 7 for Women and size 10 for Men. If you require a different size, we offer a sizing service. There is a cost associated with this service, which depends on the ring and the size you require. Just contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.
Please keep in mind, once a ring has been resized, we are unable to accept it for returns or exchanges. We understand that it is difficult to purchase jewelry from an online store. For this reason, we always suggest that you purchase the ring as is, without resizing. Once you are satisfied with the item, you can send it back to us for resizing at that time.
Does My Purchase Include Warranty?
JFL Diamonds & Timepieces jewelry are covered against manufacturer defects for 6 months. All of our luxury watches come with a one-year warranty which covers the movement. Please visit our Warranty page for more details.
Does My Purchase Come with an Appraisal?
All diamond jewelry and watch purchases include detailed appraisal paperwork on the JFL Diamonds & Timepieces letterhead.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Depending on when you have placed your order, you do have the ability to cancel your order by contacting our customer service team. Please keep in mind if the order is being processed, we might not be able to cancel the order due to the volume of orders for the day. Additionally, any service fees outlined in the return policy may not be refundable.
For example, if the payment method of AfterPay was used during checkout, there would be a 10% fee that would not be refunded. For more information, please contact our customer service team.
Do You Buy or Accept Trade-Ins?
Unfortunately, we do not buy back or accept trade-ins.
Do You Have a Physical Store?
In order to keep our overhead costs low and provide the lowest possible price to our customers, we do not have a physical location that can be visited. If you have questions about an item you are interested in, feel free to contact our customer service team and we would be happy to assist you.
What Forms of Payments are Accepted?
We accept all major US Credit Cards, wire transfers, along with a few third-party financing options. We are partnered with Affirm, Acima, and AfterPay to offer all of our customers different financing options that suites them. For Financing options, please visit our Financing Page.
Do I Have to Pay Sales Tax?
JFL Diamonds & Timepieces is obligated and required to collect sales tax on ordered shipped to addresses located in the state of Georgia. Please consult your state’s tax laws for more information on which purchases are subject to sales tax.
Are All Shipments Insured?
Starting June 2021, Customers will see an option to insure their shipments via Route. This option will be available for order totals up to $3,000. If a customer does not opt in for this insurance option, then the order will be shipped without insurance. In the event of an insurance claim, customers will have to contact Route directly and the claims will be not processed through JFL Diamonds & Timepieces.
Orders above the value of $5,000 will be insured with the shipping courier. In the event of an insurance claim for these orders, customers will have to contact us directly and go through the process set forth by the individual couriers.
All insurance coverages include the following protections: a package that is damaged or loss while in transit to the address provided. JFL Diamonds & Timepieces cannot be held liable for packages stolen or missing from mailboxes or left at the front door.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. In order to make it easy for our international customers we have teamed up with a third-party company known as Glopal. Our website is set to automatically translate to your local language and currency.
All international orders are shipped to the Glopal warehouse within the United States and they ship it to our international customers. This means, the shipping paid on that order goes directly to Glopal.

How Long Will It Take for Me to Receive My Order?
All of our orders are usually fulfilled in 24 to 48 business hours, with the free shipping option it would be delivered to you in 3 to 5 business days. If any alterations were required prior to shipping this process time may be delayed.
Can You Ship to PO Box or Military Addresses?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes and Military Addresses. Please note shipments going to APO/FPO addresses may take longer to be delivered.
Will I Get a Tracking Number?
All orders are shipped with at least a delivery confirmation. Depending on the total value of the order, there may be a Signature Required at the time of delivery. For more information, visit our Shipping Policy Page.
What is Your Return Policy?
We offer returns and exchanges for 14 days from the date of purchase on all of our items. All returns must be in the same condition in which they were received and include any tags or stickers. Failure to return an item that do not abide by our return policy would result in a restocking fee. All restocking fees are assessed on a case by case basis. JFL Diamonds & Timepieces reserves the right to deny any return that fails to meet our return policy criteria.
Any items altered at the request of the customer are no returnable or exchangeable. This includes any resizing, engraving, or any other alterations.
