JFL Diamonds & Timepieces will gladly repair any jewelry or watch you may have purchased from us. Unfortunately, we are unable to work on any items that were not originally purchased from us as we are unable to guarantee the craftsmanship or quality of items that were purchased from other sellers.
How to Proceed:
In order to initiate a repair, please contact our customer service team via email. In your email, please include the following:
- Copy of the order details or the order number.
- Pictures and details of what needs to be repaired. Please be as detailed as possible.
Once we receive the information, our customer service team will be in touch with you in regard to any costs associated with your request, within 72 business hours. There will be a $10 minimum shipping fee for all repairs. Your shipping costs maybe more depending on the item and its value.
When shipping your item, please be sure to securely package your item, in a secure manner, to ensure your item is not damaged while in transit. JFL Diamonds & Timepieces is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipment. If the item was not securely package and damages that were not indicated during the initial email will be treated as damage occurring during shipment. These damages and the cost to repair it will be the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, please make sure that the package is insured, JFL Diamonds & Timepieces is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Please be sure to include your full name, phone number, email address, and order number in the shipment. This will eliminate confusions and delays when our returns department receives your package. Once you have shipped your item, please be sure to respond back to the initial email with the tracking number and the courier used.
If the item is within the manufacturer warranty and is deemed to be a warranty repair, the repair would be free. If the damage is not within the warranty framework, there will be a charge which would be assessed based on the condition and what is requested by the customer. All costs will be provided for a customer approval prior to rendering the service. All charges must be paid in full prior to the start of repair.
Once an item has been repaired and shipped, you will be notified with the tracking number via email.
